The Art of Partnership

Relationships are essential to our lives— at work, home and in our communities— so how do we build powerful ones? How can we approach the most important   relationships in   our lives in a way that creates lasting, joyful connection and which   support our mutual growth, learning, healing, and purpose in the world?

The capacity to truly relate is a muscle, which we all have, and which needs practice to maintain.  This workshop will let us practice    and   strengthen  that  muscle: including:our capacity for intimacy within oneself, and give us the space to imagine and co-create thriving partnerships and community.

We will focus on:

- Exploring and deconstructing our patterns and beliefs in  partnerships with others,

- Understanding what stories about partnership we hold most deeply,

- Creating a  personal  portrait  of our ideal  partnership  to better know ourselves and to help us better ask for what we need.
